Travis Pastrana: One CRAZY Fool!

October 10, 2007

Here is an equation for all of you mathmaticians:

Travis Pastrana + RedBull + 12,500 Ft. - Parachute = ?

Answer:  One CRAZY Fool!

Travis Pastrana, the man who instantly became a freestyle Motocross legend at the 2006 X Games (by landing a double backflip on his bike), has pushed the boundaries of CRAZZZZY once more.

Travis recently launched himself out of an airplane at 12,500 feet with no parachute. None. Zip.  Zilch.

And lived.

Not only did he live, but he has also captured it all on film for his latest Travis and the Nitro Circus video: Thrillbillies.

Travis will be remembered by most of you as the guy that launched his motocross bike, along with himself, into the Grand Canyon a couple years back in a balls to the wall Basejump, so the skydive shouldn’t surprise most.

ESPN.com currently has an article on Pastrana’s latest “scare-all” feat, including how he was able to pull this trick out of his magic bag, and not die in the process.

Very interesting, but just reading the account takes your breath away…can’t wait to see this amazing video!

By the way, Travis has promised his next stunt will be even bigger!  After revisiting his famed Grand Canyon Motocross Freefall this past year, with A PASSENGER on his bike, we can only imagine what the next feat will bring…
