- Ice on Mars! from Discovery Magazine. This details the recent discovery (yesterday) that there may just be more to that red planet than meets the eye.
- Camping Conscientiously from The River Reporter. Yesterday we had the Basics of Ultralight Camping, now we add another priority. Our awareness.
- On The Trail of Adams and O’Keefe from Elmira’s Star Gazette out of New York. Tells about a new art exhibit showing how Georgia O’Keefe and Ansel Adams seen Yosemite National Park in 1938.
- Behold the Cardboard Bicycle from GetOutdoors. I am not sure how safe this thing is, but at least it is biodegradable!
- Aquagear Survivor Review from London Backpacker. No this isn’t a new Broadway Play, but after reading the review of the Aquagear Survivor water bottle, you just may be a few dollars shorter and have a tear in your eye.
- Mauled! from Outdoor Life. Describes a harrowing fight for survival with a 1,000 pound grizzly.
- New Jersey Woman Found Safe in North Maine Woods from Blogging the Maine Outdoors. Always nice to get something in from my fellow Skinny Moose bloggers. Great job!
- Wilderness First Aid Courses Coming to Indiana State Parks from Buckmasters. A nice look at a recent initiative to offer first aid classes to outdoor enthusiasts in my home state. To bad it’s not closer. Up North, guys, Up North!
- Motorcycling The Andes Part II from The Adventure Blog. I linked up the first part yesterday, and will probably get the third in tomorrow. Nice read, though.
- ‘Take Your Gun To Work’ Bill Approved from the News Star out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That’s right–it might just become legal.

Just a few links to curb your outdoors and adventure hunger. There is just to much stuff going on for me to cover everything, some of these are new, some of them I have been holding on to for a few days in hopes of making a post.
