Blind Ambitions

Whew, it has been a long past couple of days. Saturday finally got here and turned up a great hunt, Sunday I spent time with family, and Monday put me back on the water after the geese again. So lets start form the beginning. Saturday was a great opener, the weather was overcast and kind of dreary and foggy, the birds cooperated and the dog was great. Monday, the weather was cooler, but blue bird skies got most of the geese up and moving at the same time, meaning the bird numbers were tremendous, but it was over far too quickly. So, the anticipation of the resident goose season opener was not in vain, as the first few days have delivered some good hunting. Let’s hope this trend continues. Pictures coming soon.
