Since Sunday is Fathers Day the subject of wish lists comes up. Drop by the other Skinny Moose bloggers to see what everyone else is wishing for!

Here is my top five.

1) Full wet bar with three tap tower in our basement. Now, the only way to accomplish that would be to greatly reduce my laundry room size. Thats probably not going to happen any time soon, but I can wish, right? A nice full size pool table in there would be sweet and of course it wouldn’t be complete without a fooseball table too!

2) Eight gallon brew kettle and enough gear to get batch sparging going. Yes, I’ve been brewing for over five years but I still do extract and a few partial mash batches. The time commitment required to go all grain is a bit too much right now, so I’ll have to hold off on this too.

3) A couple cool tap handles. I’ve eyed up the Hazed and Infused tap handle every time I see it, but just can’t get it. Surly has some cool tap handles too.

4) 12 Pack sampler from any microbrew that I haven’t tried yet or recently. Goose Island, Bells, Victory, Dogfish Head any of those will do. I don’t need to explain that, do I?

5) Two happy smiling little girls coloring me a Fathers Day card on the kitchen table and the promise of a few free hours away from stay-home-dad duties.
