		<description>Ted, I'll take that bet. I've had an unfounded opinion about all grain vs. extract w/ grains and quality. I'll have to order two of the same kits from Midwest, one extract one all grain and do a side by side.
Thanks for the tips too! Have you used the extra quarts to prime your beer? I had a buddy up north that would do that, save out a mason jar of wort to use as priming sugar...

		<description>Sure it does take a little longer to brew in this way. Not only are you mashing and sparging, but there is clean-up too. But you will find it to result in better tasting beers. I guarantee. Also, after all the sparging is done, turn the mashtun on its side, slightly open the lid (so that its still on) and collect anywhere from 1.5-2.5 quarts of wonderful starter wort or small batch wort. It's well worth it, and I'm sure everyone else will agree. If you already have a cooler, it can't hurt to try.</description>
