2008 Shot Show in Vegas!

I will be attending the SHOT SHOW in Vegas this year. I will be there for 3 days looking for new products and meeting people in the hunting industry. And if I’m lucky I may hang out with the popular crowd and get some celebrity photos.
I will be posting information in my spare time and bringing you lots of great news. This will be a new experience for me. I have never been to Vegas nor have I visited any hunting convention especially the “grand daddy of em all”. Drop me a line if you like to hear about a certain product or needing some questions answered……

i’m envious! it would be a blast to head out to that show. i will have to settle for our little WV hunting show in charleston…

You will have a blast at the SHOT Show!!!! It is a lot to see and a short time to see it. Don’t get overwhelmed by all the booths. I would suggest getting a map of the booths and marking the ones you want to visit and keep your camera handy, you never know who you will bump in to!!!!

Wear tennis shoes! You will be walking for three days straight! And you will also not see everything you want.
I went when it was in Atlanta awhile back. Im going to try and save up and go next year if its in Vegas again.

Hey CamoGirl… hope to meet up with you at the show. I’ll be there reporting for Jesse’s Hunting and Outdoors (and for the Hog Blog, of course).
Like the others have mentioned… it is a HUGE show. I strongly recommend making a plan of “must see” stuff before you get there, because if you just try to wing it your head will explode and you’ll become another SHOT Show zombie, wandering aimlessly down the aisles with a vacant expression, glazed eyes, and possibly a little trickle of drool running down the corner of your mouth. It’s most unattractive, and I don’t recommend it…although I often find myself in the same condition by day three.
It’s really a blast, though. You’ll have big fun!

Well I hope to find every booth on my highlighted and well organized map and I even left time for potty breaks lol
Just look for the bouncy redhead with the HUGE LIGHTBULB goin off and on and youll find me:) LOL
