BTN to start airing 24 hours of yearly highlights for each Big Ten School

If you watch the Big Ten Network for just random games, or just love to watch the Big Ten in general, the network certainly loves you! However, for those of you that are rock-chalk solid as just watching one team and one team only (and of course the other team that plays), the BTN is putting together 24 hours of highlight for each school in the Big Ten set to start airing next week. It’s a good way to celebrate all of the 2007-08 things that happened to your school’s team in a very condensed way!

Purdue is first of the 11 Big Ten school to be featured on the BTN, but the network’s university-themed programming will continue throughout the month of June. Iowa (June 4), Michigan (June 5), Illinois (June 9), Indiana (June 11), Northwestern (June 12), Ohio State (June 16), Penn State (June 18), Wisconsin (June 19), Minnesota (June 23) and Michigan State (June 25) will follow suit behind the Boilermakers.

Just another reason for me to be bitter that the deal with Comcast-BTN hasn’t gone through yet…grrrrrrrrrr………
