On the way back from Edmonton Saturday I had the pleasure to fly out of Edmonton with the famous Eric ”Butterbean” Esch! For those of you that don’t recognize that name, he is a professional Boxer, Kick-boxer and has even made appearances in the WWF and in some movies.

All I can say is he is a great guy and he loves to hunt. He lives down in Jasper, Alabama and tells me that he has an excellent BBQ restaurant called Mr.  Bean BBQ! Just don’t ask to have your picture taken with him, it might make him angry!!! :)
