But How Do You Get Forearms Like Popeye?

Spinach contains antioxidants that may be important in preventing an age-related disease of the eye called degeneration. This form of blindness is prevalent in people over 65 and is the leading cause of blindness in the elderly. Experts believe that overexposure to sunlight, pollution, and smog over a period of years may contribute to this problem. Regularly consuming foods that are high in these antioxidants, such as kale, collard greens, spinach, red bell peppers, mustard greens, and hot chili peppers, may lower the risk of contracting macular degeneration by as much as 75 percent.
