Look For Pufi On Seafood Labels !!!
Seafood labels should read “Packed Under Federal Inspection” or PUFI. This signifies that federal inspectors of the Department of Commerce inspected, graded, and certified the fish as having met all the requirements of the inspection regulations, and that the product has been produced in accordance with official standards and specifications.
