Beer it’s what’s good for you.

So your drinking may cause concern for some in your family. Think about it, were you healthier in your 20’s or 40’s? Do you think time made you less healthier? You don’t think the massive amount of beer you drank in college helped. Well recent studies show that 2 beers a day will lower your chances of stroke and heart disease. However only drinking 1 beer a day or 1 a week were shown to have no difference in your chances of getting one of these diseases. So drink up!

Beer also increases the amount of good cholesterol (HDL) in your system, which helps keep you from getting blood clots.

Beer is fat-free and cholesterol free.

So you can go to the gym if you want, but I am popping the top on a frosty cold one. Ok, Ok, Ok, if you are a health nut take a Flintstone’s chewable and chase it with a beer.

I think Ben Franklin said it best when he said, “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy”.

Lets get healthy!

Hey, I should be healthy as a horse then! Though for the record I weigh less now than I did in highschool, so that should account for something.

Well I have drank many beers in my days and I am still a fat ass!!!! Maybe it’s the double quarter pounder with cheese and large fries???
