How to ration your water

Ok your stuck somewhere with only a limited amount of water and you can’t find any.

Day 1: NO WATER, that is right, no water. Your body has enough in storage for one day.

Day 2-4: 14oz if available is all you need.

Day 5+: 8oz is what you should have. At this point you are in real trouble and you should make all attempts to find water or help.

When drinking moisten the lips, tongue and throat before swallowing.

When you have a limited amount of water you should not eat. If you must eat stay away from protein, no fish, seaweed, or meat. They require a lot of water to digest. Try to stick to sugars and carbs, they will be easier to digest.

    1. maybe you should write a rough draft to work out you syntax errors
    -solution have your smarter wife look at it.
