Hunting for Lost Souls Originally posted 01/06

My recent swan / snow goose hunt I had the opportunity to go afield with Brent Besosa
of 4 Outdoorsmen Ministries. He travels the country sharing the gospel with fellow outdoorsmen.

As a Christian and a hunter it’s great to see that the Lord has laid a burden on Brent to reach out to other sportsmen and women. We all see the glory of the creator every time we go afield whether we acknowledge that fact or not. The hunting was great fun but it was great to share a devotional and prayer time each evening after the hunt was over.
Brent travels around the country hunting and speaking to sportsmen banquets and the like. He also has a great video about turkey hunting with some phenomenal footage of hunts in the mountains of North Carolina, prairies of Kansas and a hunt for Merriam’s in Wyoming.

In addition to the hunts the gospel is presented numerous times to reach those who do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ. This video would be great to show to sportsmen’s groups, men’s fellowship groups, to youth interested in the outdoors or to friends who may need to hear the gospel message.
