Who Am I?
“Because less than 20 years ago I was the target of a terrorist group. It was the New World Liberation Front. They blew up power stations and put a bomb at my home when my husband was dying of cancer. And the bomb didn’t detonate. … I was very lucky. But, I thought of what might have happened. Later the same group shot out all the windows of my home.
“And, I know the sense of helplessness that people feel. I know the urge to arm yourself, because that’s what I did. I was trained in firearms. I’d walk to the hospital when my husband was sick. I carried a concealed weapon. I made the determination that if somebody was going to try to take me out, I was going to take them with me.”

Who Am I? A powerful person that wants to take guns out of every law abiding citizens’ hands. Did ya guess Senator Dianne Feinstein? If that quote isn’t the highest level of hypocrisy you’ve ever heard guess who is a deputized Special US Marshall? Well again it’s the fine Senator according to a posting on the Nutria News Blog. I can’t find anything that says the practice of deputizing US Congress people to give them what essentially a federal conceal carry permit has been rescinded. In 1994 there was some effort to end this practice but its unclear whether it was because of the conflict of powers.
Congress makes laws that apply to everyone but them. You don’t think I should have a gun to protect me and my family why in the heck should you be able to have one? Same crap Rosie and the celebrities like to get away with. The democrats and the gun grabbing liberals being back in power are making another run at our second amendment rights. HR 1022 Don’t we have a right to protect ourselves from terrorists if they show up on our doorstep? Then Stand up and be counted.

I still believe the best gun control is a steady hand. I raised my kids the same way, both my Sons and Daughters. I taught my younger Sister pistol shooting and she is licensed to carry the full frame S&W .357 Magnum I gave her for defense. She’s good enough to hunt with it, too.
