Thsi was brought on by a comment from a maple syrup producer who stated the squirrels have left our area due to a migration. I did not see the squirrels leave however, being a hunter, I noticed when they were here and when they weren't. Last August our Pa. woods were literally overrun with greys. In Sept. when the hunting season opened they were gone. I have seen squirrels swim. I have researched squirrel migrations the past few weeks.
