Running Down More Rumors …. Alberta Trophy Buck

There is another Email going around the net of a huge Alberta Buck taken recently and Brad posted it up on his site. Well I believe I’ve run down the story or the basics, it was actually taken last season and the photo is legit for the most part just the way it is positioned it does make it appear to be much bigger then it is. The buck was killed with the Diamond Willow outfitters out of Alberta.
Scott Yetman, from Newfoundland took this tremendous Alberta buck the third week in November of ‘06. He scores 212 gross
So once again you know the rest of the story.

Even if you don’t want to buy your hunting and fishing equipment online you may find that doing some online shopping could help you in other ways, just as it could for buying golf clubs. One way is that by doing your shopping you can read consumer reviews of products before you buy them, for things from golf clubs to hunting equipment and more.

Oh, it’s real. I saw it for myself in real life. This is a monster. The scary part of the story is that this is Scott’s (Newf) first deer. I don’t think he knew what he had shot at the time. I have been hunting with Newf for about 5 years black bear hunting and was elated when he got this buck. I just saw the horns two weeks ago when I was up there on a mule deer hunt.

Hey Rick Thanks for stopping by. His first deer? Wow!! He might as well as stop now cause he’ll have a hard time topping it. On another note do you have any idea why many of the deer trophy photos on the outfitters site are staged with the hunting pushing the deer forward away from him causing an optical illusion? Old anglers trick to make the fish look much bigger. The deer are all hosses so there is no need to pull a trick like that so it seems odd.
