Some Changes in the Blogging World

The original outdoor blog The Outdoor Pressroom has gotten a major face lift. J.R. Absher has done a lot of work to upgrade his site and it looks great. I stumbled on his site in the early days when I was first getting on the net, I had the dream of being the Drudge of the outdoor world but then I discovered J. R. had beat me to it. Over the years I have gotten a number of story ideas from links and stories has put up. His site is still a site I visit a number of times a day and you should check it out as well. In addition to the Outdoor Pressroom he also writes the Outdoor News Hound for Outdoor Life
The other change in the blogging world is that Mike Hanback has left Outdoor Life and set up his own blog. With the holidays I must admit checking his blog as often as I usually do so I’m not sure if he made some comments about Black Guns or not. I suspect not but you never know with Outdoor Life. His new blog looks great and certainly go on over and check out his new digs.
Moose Droppings is a place that chronicles my journey, I’ll explore new places and ideas I’ll learn new things and I’ll teach the things I’ve learned to others. Join me on the adventure and hopefully it will help you in your outdoor endeavors.
I think the upgrade on The Outdoor Pressroom looks great.
I’m also kind of excited about Hanback going out on his own. I think we’ll probably get to read some opinions that he couldn’t reveal when he was working for OL. Should be interesting.
