I'm kind of out of the loop and just catching up, but I've got an idea for you. Why not offer to trade 'exposure'. You could put together a package of 20 second promos (or even 10 second promos) in exchange for outdoor sites including your radio icon/link on their blogs?

You should add a show on taxidermy...like the proper preparation and care of skins prior to taking them to the taxidermist. a lot of hunters are uneducated on this subject and I think this would help out a lot.

Well, I do what I can.

Personally, I'd like to see both the Saturday morning serial show and the show about women who hunt becomes staples of the Skinny Moose Network.

I just think there are a lot more women involved in hunting, fishing and related activities than is generally known. I also think getting more publicity about that would do a lot to influence other women to start enjoying the outdoors more.

Steve,

Since I wrote a blog post about this today, a show about women who hunt or enjoy the outdoors might be interesting. It could be used to spotlight women hunters and give tips on how to get more girls and women interested in hunting.

Another idea would be, and possibly you already have this, a news show that spotlights issues that effect hunting. Maybe a legislative round-up or something.

I also think Rex's stories would make a good Saturday morning type of show, kind of like the old time radio serials. You know, listen each week, and just as the story gets exciting it breaks off and you have to listen next week to see what happened. Rex has a lot of great stories that would work well for that sort of thing. You could call it "Stories of the Wild" and aim it at kids. Could be fun.
