Fish Cup

Jason Bryant spent his summers as a teenager honing his angling skills on one of the best bass fisheries in the world — Sam Rayburn Reservoir in east Texas. In recent years he has used his bass fishing background to make a jump to the salty waters of the Texas coast.

Jason is an avid tournament angler in both the kayak and powerboat sides of the sport. He has fished the Oh Boy! Oberto Redfish Cup, Texas Redfish Series and several kayak tournaments throughout the Gulf Coast. He’s accumulated several high finishes including wins in the “Speck”tacular Kayak Series, CKA Red Hot Summer Series, and an Angler of the Year title in the Stars and Stripes Kayak Series.

Jason is an accomplished writer and has had articles published in several regional and national publications including: Texas Saltwater Fishing Magazine, Kayak Fisherman Magazine and Redfish Nation.

He is currently a staff writer for InshoreFan.com and TackleTour.com.
