Hey brothers and sisters, I’d like to invite ya to join me as I travel to northern Minnesota to film an episode for “We Live Outdoors” television while on my first ever ice fishing experience. This will take place on the beautiful Rainy Lake with “Woody’s Fairly Reliable Guide Service.” Along with me will be a famous country music artist that will perform a private concert at the famous Woody’s pub. This is a trip you will not want to miss.
Woody has been guiding on this body of water for nearly 30 years. You will venture out via snowmobile into remote parts of the lake ice fishing for walleyes, pike and whatever else decides to hit your bait! You will fish out of heated portables and this will be an experience you will never forget.
So jump on board and join myself along with the “We Live Outdoors” camera crew for some excitement; also enjoy a private concert by one of country music’s biggest stars!
Dates: January 14-17, 2008
Rates: $695/person (12 slots, first come first serve)
Includes: Meals, 2 full days of ice fishing, 3 nights lodging, guiding, snowmobiles, gas, private concert and ice fishing equipment (if needed) etc
Excludes: License, tips and transportation to resort.

I am from Pine City, MN, but I am currently working for the University of Maryland on the Pennsylvania line and I am just barely going to miss you at Woody’s! I am flying back there to fish on Rainy with Woody the day you are leaving there on the 17th! I bought tons of your “Will Hunt For Food” camo tee shirts as Christmas presents for everyone from Gander Mountain!
I feel very bad about missing you on this tremendous adventure because you are my favorite on the Outdoor Channel! I even bought the Outdoor Channel out here in MD and I still have it at my farm in Pine City too, so no matter where I am, I have the Outdoor Channel! I KNOW you will have a blast fishing and hanging out with Woody and Lee Ann.
Hey, if you ever want to come after some big whitetails in MN or do another fishing adventure, let me know way ahead of time so I can be there too or if you are really cool, I may let you hunt on my farm!
