Just wrap it in bacon?.

Hey I’m Eric and I absolutly love doing these on the grill !!!
You and the guys have a killer hunt…and alot of people I know dont want anything to do with the geese after they have wacked em outa the sky; Give them to me I’ll take them. After I breast them out I soak them in water with a ittle salt in it to help draw the blood out.
Start cutting the breasts into little chunks, after you have cut up all the breast meat into bite size chunks, get your bacon out( I love Hormel Black Label…good stuff.) Wrap the bacon around the goose meat then put a tooth pick thru the middle to hold it all together. After all the pieces are wrapped in bacon I love to coat them in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Throw them on the grill and keep a close eye, they dont take long. Keep adding bbq sauce as you cook. Once the bacon is done your good to go, throw them on a plate and start eating up !!
I do these all the time with my venison too. I dont know how many times I’ve had people eating them and loving them, raving about them and then watching the look on their face when I tell them its venison or goose…your next get together give them a try, you won’t regret it !!
