Some local news from my hometown.
After a trial fox trapping season for Alamance County in 2007 (in which I gladly participated), the NCWRC will hear comments on July 14th at the Graham County Courthouse at 7 p.m. about a permanent fox trapping season in the county.  The season would extend from Nov 1 to Feb 28 and there is no proposed bag limit on either red or grey foxes.

I won’t be able to attend the meeting, but I will be sending a written comment to:

If you are a local rabbit hunter or trapper in the area, write the NCWRC and let them know that you support this season as well.
