To all my PA readers (uncles, cousins, etc.), today is the first day you can apply to receive your 2009 antlerless permits from the Game Commission.  July 13th is 3 weeks earlier than the usual deadline, so miss out on an opportunity to put more than just a buck in your freezer this hunting season.
