Ron is a well-known and very popular talk show host in Oklahoma who has been a very outspoken advocate for the Oklahoma outdoors for many years. He has been called “the 400lb Gorilla of Oklahoma Media” because of his personality, drive, and willingness to debate virtually any issue with gusto (Dino Price, gave him this nickname in 2001). Whether it be 2nd Amendment issues or getting kids outdoors and enjoying our parks and lakes, Ron has been a staunch advocate for Oklahoma outdoors for many years.
Currently, Ron is the founder of WILD Oklahoma Media, LLC - a radio, television and Internet outdoor experience, he serves as political analyst for KOKH Fox 25 Television in Oklahoma City, he is a political analyst for KOKC 1520 radio in Oklahoma City, he is a political and public relations consultant, as well as columnist for the Oklahoma Gazette. He is a United States Navy Veteran, husband to Suzanne (an NRA certified rifle instructor), father of three, and all-around entertaining guy.

Ron is a member of the Oklahoma Rifle Association, the National Rifle Association, and is an officer with the esteemed Oklahoma City Gun Club. Ron was the 2007 Oklahoma Rifle Association Mike McCarville Media Award recipient.
