    This recipe makes a lot. Cut in half to serve 4-6 people.

    3 large onions
    1 large bell pepper
    2 cans of stewed tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans of rotel
    2 large cans of ranch style beans and one regular can
    1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
    ½ cup of liquid smoke
    2 packs of Lawrey’s chili mix
    1 tablespoon of Tony Chachere’s or steak seasoning
    1 can of beer
    1 pound of smoked sausage (cook and drain)
    4-5 pounds of ground hamburger or venison (cook and drain

      Chili has so many spicy ingredients that many people who would normally not eat venison will find that it’s quite a good dish!
