Deer Cams - Tails & Trails - Whitetail Deer & Turkey Hunting

Deer Cams

My focus today is Deer cams. I have found in the past that by utilizing a Deer cam not only can you see what is in the area you are interested in but, you can do it without even being there which means you are not disturbing the area.

I want to give two different examples of a deer cams for you to think about. The first is called a Deer Cam scouting camera. This is the type I use and I highly recommend it. Just a couple of features that I like is for one it is very durable and will with stand the weather especially in New England where the weather can change from day to day. The battery life typically will last me three months during the warm weather and one and half during the colder months. The last important thing I want to mention is it will imprint the date and time which will help in determining when they are there.

The second example is the Wildlife eye, a two-in-one video scouting camera. It’s a camcorder for scouting and tracking game with out being there, it even works at night by infra red so there is no light to spook game. Unlike my first example that gives you still pictures this one will give you short video clips. This nifty little toy is going on my x-mas list for sure.
