Side jobs can never be to Big - Part 2

Well I just finished day 2 of this project and I don’t mind saying it’s time for a few cold one’s. Today I spent 7 1/2 hours and got quite a bit accomplished I think but, I’m still not done. Here are the pictures from today.

Here it is with the side rails on.

This picture has 2 out of the 3 roof trusses on it.

It is beginning to look like a house with the front wall done and the two opening for the windows.

The final bit for the day was to put the middle roof truss in and the peak of the roof with the cuppola on top. That was enough for one day, I should be able to do more this weekend.

Wow - that’s no play house - that’s just a regular ol’ house! Sure is nice of ya to put that together for your neighbor…not sure I have that much niceness in me! :)

Starting to look very cool. Will be awesome when it is done.

Tom, I kinda ended up being her handy man around the house and with the times the way they are she pays and I accept. If things were not so tight I would probably do most of it for nothing.

Arthur, I have always like working with wood. I think I got that from my dad who was like that to. Trust me when I say I am having a blast building this. That is why I am keeping track of the building process by taking pictures.
