Venison strips over Rice and Gravy
This is got to be the easiest recipe,
First cut up green peppers and onions into small pieces along with garlic cloves and saute with small steak strips in a fry pan on medium heat till they are brown. Periodically sprinkle garlic salt for an extra kick.
Use vegatable oil in pan so as not to burn the veggies.
When done place over cooked rice and serve with a beef gravy.
