Everyone recognizes the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell as two of the biggest and most well-known Arizona National Parks. However, there are plenty of other, smaller parks in Arizona that are gems of the park system, as well. This week, we’ll take a short tour of some of these parks not to miss when you visit the Grand Canyon State!

Some of these parks are a bit remote, and lodging may not be available during the summer, because it fills up so fast. Your best bet is to make reservations in advance, and plan your trip so you can travel between these parks from a central location with more lodging options.
