Wolf Encounter Denali National Park

Certainly one of the highlights of the trip was a close encounter with a wolf inside of Denali National Park.  Only a mile or so back we had seen a wolf sitting well off the road on what biologists told us was a den.  It was hard to tell what it was without a spotting scope because of the distance.  I was satisfied that even without a photo I had at least seen a wolf little did I know that moments latter one would walk right down the road by us giving us some great photo opportunities.
