Some old photos I stumbled across tonight that brought back some great memories.  Found these while on a ride with my mother while I was up visiting her and had to stop and get these shots.

The two winning photos

Took this photo during one of our rare snowstorms this past January.  One of the warmest, muggy, humid weeks thus far this summer.  Hope this photo cools you off.

While on a walk in the woods this deer ran up on us the photo came out pretty good except for around the ears.  If you’ll notice this deer was flicking its ears trying to figure us out and the action actual blured in the photo.  The deer appears to have two sets of ears.

Well those are all the photos I entered for this year’s contest.  This years contest there was 40 photos selected for display at the September photo show in Holly Springs NC.  The photos selected were voted on by the members of our photo club.   I’ll tell you I placed two in this year’s show.  I [...]
